woke up in the morning and stopped for breakfast at a restaurant that has been recommend by a friend as having the best traditional breakfast in town. The place is called El Trapiche and below you can see a picture of the breakfast I had. from here, we ordered an Uber to bring us to the Panama Canal. I don't remember how much it was, but definitely had a decent price, I highly recommend using Uber while in Panama City. Bring your student card (if you have one) for the visiting the Canal (Miraflores Visitors Center) as they have a discount. The price was 10$. We were lucky as we arrived there exactly when a big boat was passing so you can see the whole process. In the picture below you can see how the water level changes in the 2 canal locks. there was a strong storm during the visit, the pictures are due to this a bit dark, but the place from where you watch is covered so you can still see the process also when raining. get a rain jacket with you just in case. you get all the story (there is a movie played both English and Spanish) and some nice diagrams in the museum. It is very interesting to go and see how everything actually works. So I would recommend the visit. From here we left by bus to the Albrook Bus Terminal as it was far cheaper. I think you need a sort of transportation card, but one of the local guys used his for us we gave him 1$ extra for the favor. From the Bus Terminal you can either go buy Taxi/Bus/Uber back to the City. #ILoveToTravel
