This post aims to give you an overview of a hiking weekend in Norway. We came just for the Trolltunga hike and so I'll provide details on how to keep it low budget and make the hike all in one (long) weekend.
My best friend and I have this very nice tradition to go to an new place once a year. This year we decided to go for Norway and I must say it was a great idea!We arrived on Thursday 12th of March late evening and left Oslo on Monday 16th of March early morning. In total 3 full days trip. OSL - CITY CENTER We landed on OSL (Oslo Gardermoen Airport) and to reach the city center we took the airport train Flytoget. A single ticket costs 180 NOK (Return 360) till Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) or National Theatre (prices will vary if you need to reach a different station) The trains are every 10 or 20 minutes depending on the hour. Last Train you can get is at 00:50. The airport train has free Wi-Fi.Afterwards we had to take the Metro (T) Ruter for one stop. The price per single (1 h) trip is 30 NOK. A 24h ticket is 180 NOK. |
